• What does your virtual assistance look like?

With our virtual styling services, we have a digital styling app that our clients will have access you. The way the process goes, we will create your profile online, learn more about your style when you take your style quiz, and what you would like for us to shop for and we will shop for you and you'll be able to see the wardrobe pieces we pick out for you in our styling app. We will also create look books, which are visual boards of how to wear the pieces we picked out and you liked.

 

• How would it help me in my shopping?

We will save you time and energy of standing in the lines, spending countless hours trying on clothes, or trying to find pieces to suit your body shape. We will choose items based upon your request, and the info we gathered from your style quiz..

• Do you provide recommendations on where to shop for clothing?

​

We do, we are partnered with a variety of retailers, and we offer style boxes for clients who shop from those retailers. Clients will receive a style box of items mailed out to them from us, so that they can try on those pieces, and if they like the pieces they tried on they can keep those pieces; they will receive an invoice and be charged for those items alone.

• So, what happens if the pieces don't fit?

​

If the pieces that you receive from our style box doesn't fit, you have the option to return them or exchange them directly with us, but it must be returned to us 3-5 business days. Keep in mind if you purchase all the items in the style box, they cannot be returned after only exchanged. If you want us to shop at a specific store that we are not partnered with, and you decided that you want to return the items that were bought from that specific retailer, any returning/exchanging, etc. would go directly through the retailer.

• Do you provide in-personal styling services in other states or is that strictly for your state?

​

Our in-person styling services are only available in, Delaware, and Philadelphia.​

• What are your rates for starting practically from scratch on a wardrobe?

​

Our starting rate is $150 - $250/HR and $500.00 - $1,000 for our styling packages, but we do offer first-time clients a $20 credit to apply to any wardrobe styling service they book with us.
